Nasdaq puts $675 million Avalanche Treasury on the clock over two listing failures

Avalanche Treasury has until February to lift its stock above $1 and restore a separate $35 million listing measure.

  • Nasdaq has given Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) until February 2027 to rectify its stock price falling below $1 and its market value dropping below $35 million.
  • AVAT's share price would need to more than triple to meet the $1 threshold, and a reverse stock split might address this, but not the market value shortfall.
  • The company, which holds significant AVAX and aims to invest across the Avalanche ecosystem, faces challenges due to weaker crypto market conditions affecting similar treasury companies.
